About the Stylist
Coletti Starks -Brown has been a hairstylist for more than 33 years, beginning her career in Charlottesville, Virginia. She owned her own salon for 10 years before she moved to Richmond as manager for a salon at Short Pump Town Center in 2005. In 2010, Coletti's Hair Salon opened, giving clients her signature, "It's All About You" treatment.
Her work has been featured in Richmond Bride Magazine and Richmond Magazine.
She has been the lead stylist for Miss Piedmont Region and stylist for several Miss Virginia and Miss Virginia Outstanding Teen contestants in 2009 and 2010 Caitlin Uze, Miss Virginia 2013 Desi Williams, Miss Virginia 2014 Courtney Garrett and Miss Virginia 2015 Savannah Lane. She has also worked as a stylist for the Miss High School America Pageant and was lead stylist for Miss Virginia High School 2010, Miranda Harrison. She is the hairstylist for Co - Host of "Virginia This Morning" TV6 Jessica Noll.
